Avocet Sales & Marketing has created this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for the Avocet Sales & Marketing Home Page.

Our site's Request for Information form asks users to provide contact information, such as their name and e-mail address. We use contact information from the Request for Information form to send the user about our company and promotional materials from the principals about whom the customer has requested information. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the site visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the Changing Data or Preferences section below.

In some cases, particularly if the customer's contact address lies outside Avocet Sales & Marketing territory (defined as MANA territory 24, covering Northern California and Northwestern Nevada), we may share contact information with the principal about which the customer requested information. Avocet Sales & Marketing is not responsible for the privacy practices of our principals.

Avocet Sales & Marketing does not sell customer contact information, nor do we share our customer database with any companies other than our principals.

Changing Data or Preferences

If the customers' interests or contact information change, or if customers wish to opt-out of receiving future e-mailings, they may do so by using the Request Form. They need simply fill in their name and changes and write "UPDATE" in the Questions and Comments section; Avocet Sales & Marketing will remove them from future e-mailing lists.
