Since 1969, Scandic Springs Inc has helped companies with their needs for coil springs, fourslide stampings, precision progressive stampings, and CNC wireforming. Scandic specializes in small parts made from spring materials. Typical parts we make for our customers are battery contacts, EMI shielding, ESD contacts, spring clips, latches and retainers, and belleville washers. We are experts in working with materials such as beryllium copper, stainless steel, Inconel, and all carbon steels.

Scandic's precision waterjet, pictured below, is part of a fast prototyping cell, helping to turn new designs into reality in a few days. The waterjet cuts virtually any material, up to 6 inches thick, with no tooling costs and without the heat-affected zone imparted by lasers.
